Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Analyst to assess, improve, and maintain our IT systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with different teams to optimize IT solutions and ensure efficient operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, databases, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and IT management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
